The Science & Application of Well-Being
This in-person workshop introduces its participants to well-being as a general concept and a psychological science. The content and applied practices are primarily based on Positive Psychology and mindfulness studies, and include suggestions for further individual exploration.

The Practice of Mindfulness
This in-person workshop presents a general discussion of mindfulness as a concept and its application to our daily lives, but is primarily intended to guide its participants through direct experience, by virtue of select practices and meditations led by the program facilitator.

Hybrid Workshops
This program option provides a hybrid version of the two previous workshops, by allowing the client(s) to determine and request an emphasis within particular areas of well-being and mindfulness, as well as their corresponding applications, as they may relate to the specific needs of the organization.

Workshop & Training Lengths
Options for the duration of the educational programs, listed above, can range from 90 minutes to varying lengths, as requested and accommodated by the client organization. Design and curriculum for longer term trainings, such as full-day retreats or 6-session weekly programs can also be arranged.
Life-Stage Transition Workshops

Entering Adulthood Mindfully
This, in-person, workshop provides tools and practices that are of value to young adults. Some examples, among others, will include the positive effects of mindful living on academics, decision making, goal setting, relationships, general brain maturation, as well as suggestions for beginning the search for one’s passion and purpose.

Mindful Midlife Shifts
This, in-person, workshop focuses on the benefits of mindful living, as one is transitioning into or has already been living in their “second half of life.” There is an emphasis on practice, presence, self-awareness, & acceptance. Also presented will be scientific evidence, clarifying some misconceptions of the “aging” brain, and suggestions for maintaining cognitive health.
